Waking up to Thrive

I have always been the type of person who would prefer to sit on the couch instead of going outside. I have three very athletic sisters and then there is me, book nerd extraordinaire.  I became a stay at home mom last year in April after my daughter was born and I told everyone I would hate it.  I do hate it.  I miss having something to do.  At home with the kids I cant seem to make myself get up and be on a schedule. I sank into depression after my daughter was born.  I wasnt contributing to the household (in my mind) and I felt like a failure as a wife and a mom.  I stopped cleaning and only cooked because the children needed to eat.  I rarely went out with friends because I just couldnt handle getting everyone up and dressed and out the door on time.

A few months ago I started wanting to make myself better.  I wanted to be healthier and able to run after the kids.  It was a rough undertaking.  I started exercising and eating the right things.  I got my body down to 165lb and then I went on my cruise with Brandcation.  I got home after so many days with a set purpose, with deadlines, with exact times and I fell back into the sleepy phase.  I didn’t want to do anything.  I gained almost 20lbs from April to June.  I felt gross and ugly.  I was talking with a fellow blogger friend of mine and she mentioned Thrive.  I decided to go for it and try the Thrive Experience.  It is an 8 week premium lifestyle plan, to help individuals experience and reach peak physical and mental levels.  It helps in so many areas not just weight management.

thrive6I started taking Thrive and I love it.  I really feel the new energy running through me. I have actually been getting up every day and starting it off right. I drink a Thrive Premium Lifestyle Mix shake in the mornings after I take my capsules.  They really arent bad.  I have tried some weight loss shakes before and they were nasty but not these.  You can even make them into a delicious shake. I plan on sharing a shake recipe next month but for now you can check out this delicious Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Shake. Every time I put on a Thrive Premium Lifestyle DFT patch I feel every better. If I feel tired I will go put on one.  The DFT patches are supposed to promote Weight Management • Mental Clarity • Appetite Control • Derma Fusion Technology • Metabolic Support • All Natural Time Release.  They really do.  I always put one on before I try to write a post.

I don’t know what I would do without Thrive now that I have tried it.  I love the new energy and I really think that it has helped with my depression.  Or it has given me the mental clarity to try to help fight it myself. I find each day to be more of an adventure now.  If you are looking for a lifestyle change, you should really look into Thrive.  I just wish I had known about it sooner!
