Learning About Family With Hallmark’s SpiritClips

This past week I found out about a great new service called SpiritClips.  Since coming to work at home I am totally guilty of giving my toddler my phone so that I can finish a phone call with a sponsor or give the baby a bath.  He knows how to change the program though and sometimes ends up on things he shouldn’t.  I was happy to find out about SpiritClips which is a subscription streaming video service where you’ll have access to great family-friendly content including full length feature movies as well as original short films.  I love this new app!  After downloading it, I had the opportunity to watch the original, Jane’s Journey.  It’s an awesome movie about Jane Goodall that follows her from her home in England to Tanzania where she began her research.  The scenery was so beautiful and I am just in awe of her.  I want my husband to watch it with me next time.

SpiritClips offers heartwarming films for the whole family including handpicked Hollywood feature films, Hallmark Hall of Fame® movies, original shorts, and compelling series and documentaries.  Once you have a subscrition you have access to  family-friendly content (originals like Jane’s Journey, Hallmark Hall of Fame Movies, and thoughtfully selected Hollywood classics) anytime. With all the horrible, violent, over sexualized things on television right now I am glad to have a service where I can watch something that will warm my heart.

There are a couple great ways you can watch SpiritClips:

You can watch on multiple stream-to-tv devices such as a Roku BOXEE, and NeoTV. Additionally,  iOS device or  Android device which is great since my oldest son has an Android phone and my husband and I have iPhones.

Now you can sign up for a 1 Week Free Trial. Then if you love it (you will) you can subscribe for $4.99 per month or $35.99 annually which is so inexpensive especially for such a quality service. I love knowing that my son can pick whichever movie or cartoon he wants and it will be family friendly. The SpiritClips originals are Dove Foundation certified which means they will never feature a film, which contains: R rating, excessive violence, language, or nudity, irreverence, political agendas or divisive social issues.  There are so many great movies to choose from, I could probably just sit and watch the documentaries for hours especially the ones about William and Kate.  They are my guilty pleasure!

Check them out and tell me what your favorite Hallmark movie is.  My favorite right now is Annie Claus. It is just so cute and my whole family loves it!
