I am so excited that the Incredibles 2 is now playing! I have been waiting 14 years for this. I only got to see about 30 minutes of it and some of that was uncut but I have been waiting to see the rest since I went on my #Incredibles2Event press trip to Pixar. I have been wanting to know what happened with the Parr family since the end of Incredibles and this one starts off just minutes after that.
In Incredibles 2, Helen is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob navigates the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life at home with Violet, Dash, and baby Jack-Jack whose super powers are about to be discovered. Their mission is derailed, however, when a new villain emerges with a brilliant and dangerous plot that threatens everything. But the Parrs don’t shy away from a challenge, especially with Frozone by their side. That’s what makes this family so Incredible.
The Parr family faces new challenges in this one and the biggest one isnt being super. Its about changing roles. Helen leaves to be the working parent and Bob has to take over with the kids. So its going to be a mess. What I saw so far had me rolling laughing and I know how beautiful and well put together this movie is going to be because I got to see all the inner workings when I went to Pixar.
