How to Survive Holiday Overindulgence


I am sure everyone has had an overindulgence issue at the holidays. I know I do it every year. I don’t like to think of it as indulgence though. I prefer to think of it as being pro at holiday parties. I often have indigestion afterwards though which isn’t very fun. I love it and wouldn’t change it but I am glad for Pepto-Bismol when it happens! As a Smiley360 blogger , I’m working with Pepto-Bismol this year and I am happy to share a great article with you all!
