Pink Chocolate Covered Pretzel Recipe
If you are looking for a fun and easy recipe to make for this upcoming Easter holiday or a Spring themed event, you should try these pink chocolate covered pretzels!
- 20-25 mini pretzel twists
- 3/4 C. of Wilton Pink Chocolate candy melts
- Easter or spring nonpareil sprinkles
Line a baking sheet with wax paper or foil.
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the pink chocolate in 30 second increments stirring after every 30 seconds. Once melted let cool 1-2 minutes.
Dip the mini pretzels one at a time in the chocolate and completely cover, lift out with a fork and let the excess chocolate drip into the bowl. Lay on cookie sheet.
After every 3-4 pretzels are dipped sprinkle with the spring/Easter nonpareils before the chocolate sets. Repeat the process with the other pretzels.
Place in fridge for 15-20 minutes to set. Enjoy :)
