Pink Chocolate Covered Pretzels Recipe

PinkPretzels5If you are looking for a fun and easy recipe to make for this upcoming Easter holiday or a Spring themed event, you should try these pink chocolate covered pretzels!  It only takes three ingredients and they are so simple to make that children can help.  You don’t even have to make them pink if that is not your cup of tea.  You can use regular chocolate candy melts.  I imagine that white chocolate would also be quite delicious on pretzels.

Ingredients
20-25 mini pretzel twists
3/4 C. of Wilton Pink Chocolate candy melts
Easter or spring nonpareil sprinkles

Directions
Line a baking sheet with wax paper or foil.

In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the pink chocolate in 30 second increments stirring after every 30 seconds. Once melted let cool 1-2 minutes.

Dip the mini pretzels one at a time in the chocolate and completely cover, lift out with a fork and let the excess chocolate drip into the bowl. Lay on cookie sheet.

After every 3-4 pretzels are dipped sprinkle with the spring/Easter nonpareils before the chocolate sets. Repeat the process with the other pretzels.

Place in fridge for 15-20 minutes to set. Enjoy 🙂
