Summer is Coming- are you ready for travel? Review of the TravelWise Three-Piece Packing Cube System

I was sent a Weekender set of TravelWise Cube Packing System to use and review for this blog post. All opinions are my own.

I was pretty excited to get my hands on a TravelWise Weekender 3-piece Packing Cube Set. I like to travel, though I don’t get to travel as much as I like. And I’m also usually schlepping kids around with me, too, which can make packing a challenge. I wanted to see if a packing cube system might help keep things a little more organized for me.

The TravelWise Weekender system has three bags- a small, which is good for underwear and socks and that sort of thing; a medium, good for t-shirts, like dresses and the like; and a large size, which is great for jeans or sweaters or even pairs of shoes to keep them off your regular clothing. The sets come in five different colorways: black, purple, red, silver and teal. I think having the different colors are great.

Not only can you pick a color that suits your fancy, you can also color-coordinate with different family members. If you have a different color for each person, then unpacking and identifying who has what is a snap. I can use one large bag to pack multiple people in and not get confused about where things go- just grab the right color and you’re completely organized. And the same concept hold for the return trip- just pack things back up in the right color and unpacking at home is dead simple.

I like the mesh panels in each of the bags. It’s easy to see what’s inside each bag at a glance. I’m thinking if you are traveling solo and like to pack light, this will make going through security that much easier because you can just pop your bag open and the contents will stay organized while being easily visible through the mesh.

The three bags in the Weekender set are designed to fit neatly into a carry-on sized suitcase. They’ll keep clothes and shoes from shifting around during transit, too, which is a fantastic bonus.

If you travel a little *or* a lot, or travel with kids, I think the Weekender Set is a fabulous way of staying organized and efficient. I can’t wait to give mine some more mileage!
