Staying Healthier with Curves #CurvesStrong

Thank you Curves International for sponsoring this post. Ready to get #CurvesStrong?

I have had a rough few months. I know I have talked about my health problems and my autoimmune disease a bunch but my weight has really been affecting my health as well. And with all my health problems its hard to find the time and energy to get up and do something about it. When I started at Curves the first time was pretty easy. I had heard of Curves a few times in the past but I wasn’t sure if it was for me. By the third time I went in I was going hard and really feeling it. I can really see how its a full workout in just 30 minutes. Their system is set up to be a full body workout in a 30 minute Circuit. It works every major muscle group with strength training, cardio and stretching. Before actually trying it I wasn’t sure how that was possible but it is. I really felt it and after a couple of weeks I could see myself being stronger and feeling healthier.

And they are so nice there. I absolutely loved all the ladies I met. They made me feel like family. After so long of going I really got to know everyone. Their system where a coach helps you the first 4 to 5 times is amazing and it also helps you get to know them more. I got used to seeing the same faces every time I went in. I could totally see myself doing this for a long time.

And Curves sent me some awesome swag to celebrate my time with them including an awesome water bottle with a fruit infuser. I feel healthier, I got cool stuff, and I made some awesome new friends. I think I am in love with Curves. They helped me get healthier in time for my surgeries and I appreciate every second I spent there. If you are looking to get happier and healthier then I definitely recommend checking out your local Curves.
