I have written many times about my weight and how I wish I could fit in certain clothes and have energy again. I am not going to just write about it anymore. I am taking action. I have decided that I need to get fit in order to stay well. I have been sick for weeks now probably due to the fact that Baby E is sick again. He has RSV and bronchiolitis. I want to be able to run after him and not get winded. I want to play a whole period of basketball with Little M and not feel like I am going to die. The only way I am ever going to feel healthy again is to lose a ton of weight.
So I am excited to say that I am a part of the Nutrisystem Nation now! That means I get to take all of you along with me on my ride to better health and a better body! I will be posting updates each week on my weightloss and how I am doing on the program. I am trying to lose at least 30lbs and two dress sizes. My husband is also on the program. He loved doing his shoppoertunity so much, now he finally appreciates what I do as a blogger and wants to join me. He says that he needs to lose 40lbs. I think he looks great but he doesn’t and that is what matters.
I was going to post pictures of us before we start but I think I will wait for my next post for that. I gotta save something so you can come back and see how much weight I have gained recently. We have chosen our foods and signed up in the community (which is awesome). I will post again when we receive our first shipemnts of food. I am so excited!
