I don’t know about your house but mine is a mess. My children play rough all day long and I can hardly keep up with them especially when it comes to cleaning up after them. I was sad when school started but only for a few days. I can finally get them to settle down for a bit. My sons especially act like they are Mr. Destructo when they play. They are also really mean to each other. I don’t know how many ‘accidents’ happen when they play where someone gets hurts. I don’t think its a ‘boy’ thing because I was the same with my sisters. There is a perfect part of the day though when everyone is on their best behavior. Homework time. After they change into play clothes, my boys get their schoolwork and sit at the table. My older son makes after school snacks for both of them and they do their homework in peace because they know they wont get fun easy to make snacks like Bagel Bites and Delimex.
I love buying easy snacks for my children because I can trust my older son to make them for his siblings. He is always on his best behavior when it comes to kid’s snacks. He is even good in the grocery store. We went to buy some Bagel Bites and Delimex recently and he even pushed the buggy with his sister and brother in it. He likes to pick out the flavor combinations. They are super easy to find in the store. Both of them are in the Snack/Frozen Foods section at my Walmart. Did you know that Bagel Bites are made with real cheese and homemade sauce with 0g trans fat? I just knew they were delicious, kids love them (parents too) and they are inexpensive.

All the fights stop at homework time. They work together and they eat together. It really makes me happy that they can get along so well and that I have a super yummy snack to feed them. I remember that my sisters and I did the same thing growing up. We loved taquitos and bagel bites. I can remember so many school days of sitting at the table together with my older sister and then after she graduated, I was the one helping my younger sister. It feels like something that I can look forward to when my daughter gets old enough to go to school and throughout the rest of the school days for my boys.

We love the Delimex snacks and the Bagel bites. They are easy to make and taste delicious!! I need to get some more of these snacks at Walmart. I have my sister and her kids over and they always want something to eat.

My kids are grown and out on their own, but they ate the EXACT same after school snacks! Just goes to show that good food never goes out of style! To this day, I STILL buy the taquitos for myself!

We’re huge fans of the Rolled Tacos. They’re great warm snacks that don’t have a ton of cleanup afterwards.
The Bagel Bites and the rolled tacos seem like an easy way to get kids to eat something while they are studying and doing their homework. Fast, easy and not so messy and they love them too. Great idea.
