It is no secret that I have been trying to be more healthy and cook better foods for my family.  One of my biggest obstacles is the fact that my parents love white bread.  Cheap grocery store brand white bread.  It makes me cringe.  They came over recently and I had a pack of Arnold Honey Wheat Sandwich Thins on the counter. Between them and my kids I did not even get to try one.  They are thin but they peel apart and are so delicious.  I went and bought two more bags because if my sons want to eat healthy sandwiches as a snack as opposed to snack cakes, I am all for it.  All Arnold®, Brownberry® and Oroweat® Sandwich Thins® Rolls are cholesterol-free foods, containing zero grams of Trans Fat and no high fructose corn syrup. The Sandwich Thins come in several flavors including 100% Whole Wheat, Healthy Multi-grain, Honey Wheat, Flax & Fiber.  All my Weight Watchers® friends will be happy to know that they are only 3 PointsPlus Value®.  You can also check out these Sandwich Thins® Recipes from Weight Watchers®

My boys were not as interested in the Bagel-Thins. But they do not really like bagels to start with so I am not surprised. More for me. I ate a few for breakfast and I like the texture.  I also like the fact all Bagel Thins® are 110 calories, cholesterol-free, low in fat and contain zero grams of Trans Fat.  They also are only 3 PointsPlus Value® using Weight Watchers®.  That makes me want a cream cheese bagel right now actually.  They come in several flavors including Plain, 100% Whole Wheat, Cinnamon Raisin and Everything. I got the whole wheat type and plan on getting some cinnamon raisin the next time. I am the only one who likes cinnamon raisin bagels.  What is wrong with my kids? Check out these awesome Bagel Thins® Recipes and tell me what you would like to try.  I know I saw several that sounded good to me.

When I first shopped for the Pocket Thins® Flatbread I could not find them anywhere.  I finally saw a shelf where they would be and several plastic containers that were empty.  My store told me they couldn’t keep them on the shelf but they get truck on Thursdays so I could try back then. They come in two flavors, 100% Whole Wheat and Healthy Multi-grain, so I thought I had double the chance to find some. I went back in and snagged the LAST one off the shelf.  This was Friday.  I can understand why people are snatching them up though. These things are so good with hummus! Especially my homemade hummus.

Sandwich Thins®, Pocket Thins® and Bagel Thins ® provided me with coupons for free product and a gift card for my recipe ingredients.  I decided to go simple with a sandwich.  I bought a huge bag of spinach at the store recently so I wanted to use some of that.
