Pfizer Pediatric Platform Products because #SickJustGotReal

—The Pfizer Pediatric Platform products, information, and additional gift pack have been provided by Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. All thoughts and reviews are my own.—

My son has an immune deficiency and is frequently sick. It’s hard on him, and it’s hard on me. As a mom, I want to make sure I do everything I can to help him through his illnesses. He has even been hospitalized a few times when he was younger. The big things I want to do are relieve his symptoms, keep him comfortable, and allow his body a chance to heal. So I’m always on the look-out for products I can trust that will help him feel better.

Pfizer has a whole range of over the counter solutions for the times he is down with aches, pains, sniffles and coughs. I can choose the perfect formulation and flavor from their Pediatric Platform for my son’s symptoms, and rest easy knowing that they are safe, fast acting relief for us both. And since their whole line is available at Target, it’s so simple to grab some on my next Target run.

We have been dealing with a really nasty bug for the last couple of weeks. I’ve been the sickest, but it’s really affected my kids, too. It’s been such a relief to be able to ease their symptoms rapidly and reliably so they can get better without feeling miserable and achy. It really helps at night, too- it’s so hard to sleep when you’re stuffy, achy, and feverish. I’ve been using Children’s Robitussin® Day/Night Cough Syrup to help with the symptoms at night, and I’m so grateful I can get them a good night’s sleep, free from the misery of this awful cold. During the day, I’ve been using Advil® Children’s Grape Fever Reducer and Pain Reliever Liquid to help make them more comfortable. His poor cheeks are always so red from fever and feeling bad. I am so glad he is starting to few better.

Pfizer’s Children’s Advil® (for ages 2-11) comes in several great-tasting flavors, including: Sugar-free Dye-free Berry, Bubble Gum, Grape, Blue Raspberry, Fruit and Dye-Free White Grape flavors. There’s also Infants’ Advil® White Grape, which provides unsurpassed fever relief with a syringe for easy dosing for children 6-23 months. Their Advil® products are perfect for teething, aches and pains, or fever.

For nasty colds, they have formulated cold relief just for kids. Children’s Robitussin® DM Day/Night Pack (Children’s Robitussin® Cough & Chest Congestion and Children’s Robitussin® Nighttime Cough) non-drowsy daytime formula helps break up chest congestion, while the long-acting nighttime formula relieves coughs and runny noses to help kids get the rest they need. Pfizer also makes Children’s Dimetapp® Cold & Cough, which comes in a great tasting grape flavor. It tackles a child’s most bothersome stuffy and runny noses, all while working to relieve cough.
