I have always had pain in my knees. This looks like something to try
I’d like to give this a try. I get muscle aches in my calves. I’m short and wore heels many years, and now wear flats, but your calves are shortened and it give you cramps when you are older. Good to ditch walking in heels when you are younger, save them for special times.
