Well, I survived another week. The first week I was starving to death. Now I am used to eating less which is great since overindulging is what got me into this situation to begin with. After I started my Nutrisystem journey, I realized how many things I need to change in my life. Not just my diet and health, but also that I need to do more. I need to play outside with the kids more. I can’t even ride in the car without getting sunburned though so I think I need a big floppy hat first.
I am also very mad about the fact that my husband gets to eat more than I do. I mean I know that he outweighs me by at least 50lbs and is a foot taller than me but I still feel like being petty and hating that he gets to eat more. No fair. He absolutely LOVES the Nutrisystem Caramel Swirl Sundae. It is his favorite dessert so I think I am going to eat one just to be mean. Don’t judge me. I feel you judging me.
So this week I have done better and not cheated as much but I actually gained two pounds back from what I lost. I was beginning to get upset but I realized its probably because its that time of the month and I am retaining water. So my plans for next week are to do exercises that dont involve stairs. I have been running the stairs at work everyday on my break and lunch and its helping but I think I need to do more crunches or exercises like that. And work on drinking all of our water!!!
