My Favorite Kitchen Shortcut & Ronco Pot-Sized Pasta

I am a lazy person at heart.  At mind.  Basically how ever you can be lazy.  I want things to be as quick as they can be and still be perfect.  I also like to not make a big mess.  So kitchen shortcuts are me through and through.  I really dont know which one is my favorite.  Using my splatter guard as a quick strainer, freezing the couple of herbs I can keep alive in butter so they are fresh when I use them, making cheese toast for breakfast by turning my toaster on my side, and a few more I couldnt live without.

Ronco just launched a celebration of kitchen shortcuts to help people out.  They have a great product that works wonderfully as a kitchen shortcut, Ronco Pot-Sized Pasta.  It is perfect because it is already ready! I love how easy it is that I don’t have to snap the pasta in half.  That saves me a ton of mess because no matter what I always seem to snap it and noodles fly everywhere.  I also think its great that the Pot-Sized Pasta is 1lb. That is the perfect size for my family and I don’t have to do anything but buy the box and use it.  Right now they have the Pot-Sized Pasta in Linguine, Thin Spaghetti, Spaghetti, and Angel Hair.  My store only sells the Spaghetti but I am going to try the bigger supermarket next week so I can try the Angel Hair in my tomato-alfredo pasta dish.

Do they sell the Ronco Pot-Sized Pasta at your store?

I love using my awesome Faberware icecream scoop to make cupcakes with.  It holds the perfect amount of cupcake batter for the cupcake liner and it has almost no mess. I think it has completely changed the way I make cupcakes and muffins.  I love being able to just scoop it up and then pour it in.
