Easy Peasy Pumpkin Pencil Craft
Create your own frugal fall fun when you make this easy peasy pumpkin pencil craft. You only need a few supplies to get started, and in no time you will have the perfect pencil pumpkins! These are great for classroom parties, play groups, or any time that could use a little fall fun. Take a peek below at how to craft your own.
Here is what you will need:
Orange pencils ($1.50 per package at Michael’s Craft store)
Orange craft pom poms
Green felt OR green pipe cleaners
Googly eyes
Hot glue & glue gun
Craft glue
Scissors
Directions:
1. Begin by creating the face of your pumpkin. For ours, we glued a pair of googly eyes directly to the orange pom pom. If you don’t have googly eyes, feel free to use black felt or paper.
2. Create the stem on your pumpkin by attaching a scrap of green felt or a piece of green pipe cleaner with glue. Press in place until dry.
3. Your pumpkin can now be attached to the pencil. We used hot glue to secure ours in place. This way, you don’t need to worry about it coming off when writing or erasing.

Super cute. I had a teacher in 2nd grade who made these and gave them away on Friday’s to the best behaved kids. Most sought after prizes.
