I feel like I am always apologizing for my children’s appearance and my home appearance. My daughter has curly, wavy hair like me and even though she is just now 3 it is halfway down her back. So it’s always tangled and looks like I have never brushed it. I promise I do. And my house is clean for 2.5 seconds before my kids or cats mess it up. I rarely seem to have to apologize for their clothes though. Have you ever tried to get blue and red food dye out of towels and off counters? I had to spray bleach on my counters and the floor. I couldn’t use bleach on the clothes though.
