Easy Shamrock Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Jiffy Mix you could also use Bisquick
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbs. Oil
  • 1 1/3 Cup of Milk
  • non-stick spray such as Pam
  • Green food coloring
  • Shamrock Shaped Cookie Cutters

Instructions

  • Combine pancake mix, eggs, oil and milk. Once mixed pour ½ the mixture into a separate measuring cup and add a few drops of green food coloring stirring well.
  • Heat griddle and spray with non-stock spray
  • Once heated pour the pancake batter onto the griddle. Once bubbly on top, flip and cook 1-2 more minutes until cooked through.
  • Use the Shamrock cookie cutter to cut out the pancakes.
