Mix gently, but thoroughly. It will be a very loose, wet dough. Let the dough sit while you prepare your toppings.
Warm your skillet to just under medium- too hot, and the skillet will burn the crust.
Spread your dough evenly into your warmed, oiled skillet (or non-stick skillet).
Cover the entire surface area with sauce- not too much or it'll get soupy. A nice, thin covering of sauce that goes all the way to the edge of the pan.
Then add your toppings, and cover with your cheese or Vegan cheese of choice.
Cover, and cook for 10 minutes. When it's done, you should be able to lift the pizza out with a spatula onto a cutting board.
Cut, and serve!
