Stovetop Pizza! No Baking Required!

Ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Combine in a bowl-
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • generous pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • For the rest:
  • Toppings of your choice
  • Pizza sauce
  • Cheese or Vegan cheese product

Instructions

  • Mix gently, but thoroughly. It will be a very loose, wet dough. Let the dough sit while you prepare your toppings.
  • Warm your skillet to just under medium- too hot, and the skillet will burn the crust.
  • Spread your dough evenly into your warmed, oiled skillet (or non-stick skillet).
  • Cover the entire surface area with sauce- not too much or it'll get soupy. A nice, thin covering of sauce that goes all the way to the edge of the pan.
  • Then add your toppings, and cover with your cheese or Vegan cheese of choice.
  • Cover, and cook for 10 minutes. When it's done, you should be able to lift the pizza out with a spatula onto a cutting board.
  • Cut, and serve!
