Whew! Just had an awful day today. I have been super sick and when I finally got a day off to go to the doctor yesterday, he was like, why didnt you come on Tuesday? Its getting down in your chest now and frankly from how your glands are swollen, I am surprised you can breathe. So he put me on predisone, cough syrup, and antibiotics. Well, the predisone kept me up all night. I didnt sleep even a minute then I had to get up and drive all day!
We finally got home at 6 pm and I had no idea what to cook for dinner. Thankfully, I had been asked to participate in a Tyson Mini-Chicken Sandwich review recently and I had those in my freezer. They were a lifesaver since my husband had to leave at 7:15 for a friend’s New Years party. They are super easy to make. You just pop them in the microwave, follow the directions, and they are done in less than 5 minutes.
Now my husband put some Chinese hot sauce, lettuce, and pepperjack cheese on his. I like mine plain as does the baby.Of course, a little ketchup goes a long way for my older son. He loves ketchup on everything especially these little sandwiches. I love making him some after school because they are so quick and easy to make. Here is my husband and Baby E enjoying their bites. Well, Big E is enjoying his and Baby E is looking at him waiting for his next bite.
And the best thing about these Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches is that right now through Jan 13th if you buy 2 boxes of them, you can mail them off for a $5 Walmart giftcard. My Walmart was selling them for a little over $5 and each box has 8 sandwiches in it. Super good deal if you ask me especially when you need something fast for an afternoon snack or quick dinner. Sounds like #TysonGoodness. The Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches are not available in all Walmart stores so you should go to TysonGoodness.com to find out where they sold near you!
