We’ve officially entered October, which means that every child in America is busy counting down to Halloween! In addition to the costumes and the candy, the most beloved Halloween tradition in America has to be the annual airing of It’s the Good Pumpkin, Charlie Brown! And this year marks the 50th Anniversary of that beloved television special. (I know: Impossible to believe that Linus has been waiting for the Great Pumpkin for 50 years!)
So we have a special Halloween-themed giveaway this month, featuring all the charm, warmth, and delight of a Great Pumpkin night:
- First, put the spice in life with adorable Linus and Snoopy salt and pepper shakers from Hallmark.
- Then add color to your life with an It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown coloring set, containing 10 colored pencils and 46 illustrated cards with text and images to color.
- Finally, bring all the warmth of Peanuts into your life with a “velvetsoft” Snoopy blanket from Berkshire Blanket. Measuring 55 inches by 70 inches, it is sure to keep you and the family cozy on cool fall nights.

Thanks for giving me a chance to win this awesome give away. I love your blog so much!
It’s been awhile since I’ve seen it, but I LOVE the Peanuts in general. I’ve seen the Christmas movie a lot and I really like when everyone decorates Charlie’s little tree.
I have seen it – many times – but it has been so many years that I don’t remember the scenes. I was just telling my kids the other day that we need to watch it this year.
I have seen it many times, but can’t think of a specific scene. I think Lucy pulls the football away from Charlie Brown in it. I do love it when the Peanuts dance in the specials though.
I love the scene where they are carving pumpkins and one of them (I think Linus) says “I didn’t know you were going to kill it!” Haha! Such a great family film, I cannot wait to share it with my toddler!
Oh we have watched this so much the past year…even when its not Halloween. 🙂 Our little one loves it so much, we also have the game which is so fun and play it year around too! I would say my favorite scene is when Snoopy comes out in his Red Baron Costume!
It’s been so long since I’ve seen it but my all time favorite scene is when Snoopy kisses Lucy! I don’t know why but that’s got to be my most favorite Peanuts scene of all time.
I’ve seen the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown many times. My favorite part is where they are waiting in the pumpkin patch. When I was little, I always thought that was a little spooky. lol
I have seen it countless times. My favorite scene involves the appearance by the Flying Ace. I love that beagle!
I also entered the Foster Farms giveaway.
Yes, I’ve seen it! I love the scene where Sally gets mad at Linus for cheating her out of tricks and treats 🙂
My favorite scenes are seeing them trick or treating and hearing the great pumpkin story.
I haven’t seen it in many years. I love when The Flying Ace comes in.
I entered the Foster Farms giveaway.
I have never seen the movie but we have the short story version! Our favorite part from the book is their trick or treating costumes
