Fruit Crisps in Jars Recipe
  • 1 jar of blueberry, raspberry or strawberry preserves (the awesome thing about this recipe? You can use ANY flavor you wish!) - I used blueberry for mine.
  • ½ C. flour
  • ½ C. rolled oats (not quick cooking)
  • ⅓ C. packed brown sugar
  • ¼ C. butter, melted
  • (5) 4 oz jelly jars
  1. #1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. #2. Line all the jelly jars up in a row and scoop 2-3 tablespoons of preserves into the bottom of each jelly jar.
  3. #3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats and brown sugar. Next, add in the melted butter and mix until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. #4. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the crumble mixture onto the top of each jar.
  5. #5. Place the jars on a baking sheet and bake 20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  6. #6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the crisps to cool.
  7. #5. Serve in the jars.
  8. *Makes 5 servings. 1 jar = 1 serving.
