Total Christmas fail for me. I haven’t bought anything yet!
So now what am I going to do? Cry most likely. Every year before this one, I would have had Christmas bought by December. I would have had all my very numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, 3 sets of grandparents, my parents, and even teacher gifts bought by now. What am I going to do?
With Baby E being sick for so long (and he still is..sigh) and Big E losing his job not too long ago, gifts have been the least of my worries. But now Christmas is next week and I have nothing to show for it. Its entirely my fault but that doesnt change the fact that my older son will be devastated when he wakes up Christmas morning and no matter how much people say Christmas is about family not gifts, a 9 year old is going to care about the gifts first.
So I am desparately trying to find some last minute deals which cost more :'( So my Facebook wall will be open through the end of the week for any awesome last minute deals. Maybe I can catch up in time for our first get together next Friday with my sisters, nieces, nephews, and parents.
