Since its fall and the weather is finally changing. Well in some places. I am looking at you Alabama with your 81 degrees in November. Back to my point, the weather is getting colder and the leaves are changing so I wanted to share this adorable Candy Acorns Recipe. It is super, super easy to make and you will wonder how you ever lived without it! I mean once you see how many directions there are you will want to be making candy acorns for all your holiday parties.
Ingredients:
mini nutterbutter cookies
1 cup of mini chocolate chips
1 cup of hershey kisses
Directions:
Melt half cup of the mini chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds or until melted.
Dip the end of a hershey kiss in the melted chocolate and place on top of the nutter butter cookie.
On the other end of the cookie dip a mini chocolate chip in the melted chocolate and place on the cookie.
Let the chocolate set about 10-15 minutes and serve your delicious candy acorns
