A Night Out with C. Wonder #UnWrapWonder

Two week ago I let everyone know about a great event that I was super excited for.  If you missed all my excited tweets and mentions on Facebook, here is what I was doing last Thursday night at C. Wonder.  C. Wonder is a pretty new store the Summit in Birmingham, AL. I had not been in before but I do watch their sales online to I was excited to check it out. I was so surprised to be asked to host an event for such an awesome store.  I honestly thought they wrote the email to the wrong person.  Not only was I going to get a host an event at C. Wonder, 10 percent of all sales were going to go to the charity of my choice.  You all know how I feel about charity so I immediately chose one that is near and dear to my heart, the Shelby County Humane Society.

I had my friend Jamie do my hair and makeup for the event before he had to leave to do his own event.  In  the photos of the event, I am wearing a C. Wonder Signature Silk Shirt (Emerald) and it just felt so nice on my skin.  I love it.  I think the color looks good with my hair so it was my first choice on what to get for myself.  One of my favorite parts of my event was that I got to display a table of things I thought were great gifts for the holidays.  During the event, the entire store was 30 percent off!  Except for clearance merchandise which was 40 percent off! I have died and gone to retail heaven.  There were honestly too many things I wanted to buy.

Some of the things on my table:

monogrammed jewelry box :: Après Ski Intarsia Crewneck Sweater :: Cashmere Heart Intarsia Gloves

Ocelot Printed Pouch ::  ::   :: Wide Enamel Initial Bangle

cheese board :: monogrammed mugs :: Wool Herringbone Throw Blanket

There were even snacks and drinks.  Those cookies? Yum!  That is what the customers said at least.  I was too excited to eat cookies.  I was greeting guests and having fun.  There was a $75 C. Wonder gift card raffle that I helped with and I really wish I could have entered.  I would have spent so much more money if I had a gift card to supplement.

As it was, it was hard to control my wallet with all the awesome monogram items around. I really want to go back and get some of the monogram kitchen items. I need to have a big glass B to go in my kitchen on my island. One of the coolest parts of C. Wonder is that they have so many things you can get  monogrammed! They have a massive selection of gifts for anyone in your life even your furry companion.

If you are still looking for Christmas gifts or gifts for any occasions, check out C. Wonder! If you are in the Birmingham, AL area, I highly recommend stopping in. The couple of times I have been in the store have been wonderful and the staff are funny, helpful, and amazing!
