This Spooky Buttercream Peanut Butter Cupcakes Recipe is perfect for any Halloween party at school or any Halloween movie theme recipe. I love how perfectly the flavors mesh together to make a yummy cupcake that everyone will like.

1 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons milk

Buttercream icing
Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F. Line muffin tin with liners.

Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs separately and vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with the milk, mixing until just combined.

Divide batter evenly between 12 cupcake tins. Bake for about 23 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting.
